If there is an area big enough to crawl through, we will, as far as we possibly can. Whether these are sub-floor voids or small roof spaces, we have the flexibility both physically and with the equipment available to us to view difficult to see places.

Colin Cockram, one of our director’s got a little more than he initially anticipated when inspecting a sub floor void. By going that little further Colin identified active wood beetle attack to the underside of the floor joists. Unseen and the extent of repair required would have become progressively worse and repair costs higher.
